troubleshooter before proceeding, this will
ensure your device is not sent back to us uncessarily.
Some examples of hardware faults are:
- Battery discharges quickly or will not charge
- Touchscreen or digitiser will not respond
properly
- Handheld will not turn on / 'Wake up' problem
- Handheld loses data
- Handheld does not HotSync with desktop or
laptop computer

is likely to be a software fault. |
