Please follow the four steps below to troubleshoot your device. Please click each step in turn following the on-screen instructions.
 
   
 
 
Please ensure you have tried to use our hardware troubleshooter before proceeding, this will ensure your device is not sent back to us uncessarily.
Some examples of hardware faults are:
  • Battery discharges quickly or will not charge
  • Touchscreen or digitiser will not respond properly
  • Handheld will not turn on / 'Wake up' problem
  • Handheld loses data
  • Handheld does not HotSync with desktop or laptop computer

If you do not find your fault in the list it is likely to be a software fault.
